There is a video on Youtube where I break down each point in a little bit of detail to explain more of the "why" for each point on the list. Thanks to those that helped me brainstorm this on stream earlier today (shamless self-promo ) Here is a little list of what you can, and maybe should, be doing to prepare.

Shadowlands Patch 9.1 Launches June 29th (NA) 30th (EU). Manthieus has put together a great priority list of things to do in the next few days to get ready for 9.1 from a gold making perspective. We will have flying at Renown 44, so Herbs and Ore may see a steady decline, however the demand for these and other raw materials may outstrip supply and prices are likely to rise before they fall. The market is also ripe for farmers to make a decent amount of gold, especially with the recent clamping down on multi-boxing and bots. There will also be little niches with Vantus Runes, Shadestones and Contracts for those that have Alchemy and Inscription prepared. The Enchanting, Alchemy and Food markets should pick up with the new raid and there is the Crafter's Mark III for fresh characters looking for a gear boost. While the Legendary crafting system may be making headline numbers (and eye-watering costs), it's not the only way to make gold in 9.1. Here is a graph for EU Lightless Silk (NA has a completely different picture). Stock levels have been on a gradual decline and prices are creeping up slowly. The news of 9.1 and the release date being less than 2 weeks away came as a sudden announcement this week and all the gold makers scrambled to buy up Legendary materials in anticipation of the sudden influx of people wanting to craft Legendaries. I have a number of guides over on YouTube and I also stream my adventures on Twitch.ĩ.1 Release Date and What to Prepare for Gold Making My name is Samadan and I am a content creator focusing on making gold using Professions and TSM.
